National Right to Life to Endorse Fred Thompson

Confirming Fred Thompson’s strong and consistent pro-life record, the National Right to Life Committee (NRLC) will announce tomorrow that their organization is going to endorse Senator Thompson for President. Receiving this endorsement is extremely important to capture the core of the social conservatives in the Republican party.
A spokesperson for the organization is declining to comment until the official announcement tomorrow, but this is definitely a confirmation of Thompson’s strong pro-life voting record while in the Senate and he received a 100% on the group’s report card.
From my perspective, this definitely calls into question the viability and credentials of Romney and Huckabee who were pressing hard for this endorsement.
